By creating an account, you agree to use In Mind for personal, non-commercial purposes — to remember and celebrate the people in your life. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

When you add a contact, you're confirming that you have a personal relationship with that person and a legitimate reason to keep their information. Don't upload data about people you don't know, and don't use the service for marketing or unsolicited outreach.

In Mind earns a small commission when you purchase gifts through our links, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we'd send to people we love.

Gift orders are fulfilled by our retail partners. Pricing, availability, shipping times, and return policies are set by those partners and shown at checkout. We're happy to help if anything goes wrong — email us.

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to send timely reminders, but we can't guarantee perfect delivery of every notification or order. Don't rely on In Mind as the sole record of critical information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, In Mind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or in-app notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
